Hi, I’m Olga! At Tuteer, I teach IB Biology. I study medicine at the Medical University of Warsaw, where I actively pursue my scientific interests – for example, through the neurosurgery student society and by organising conferences such as Neurotrip. Thanks to hospital internships and on-call shifts, I can highlight the practical dimension of biology in medicine, which helps my students retain material much more effectively.
My lessons are centred around active practice. I mainly work with exam-style questions, since I find this approach both effective and engaging. Sometimes I design my own problems based on IB tasks or use the “reverse engineering” method – giving the answers first so students can figure out the questions. This helps them see exams from a new perspective while strengthening key skills.
Beyond my studies, I’m passionate about music – I graduated from a first-level music school in piano, and movie scores are especially close to my heart. I also love cinema and, in my free time, I catch up on movie classics.
