A lesson may be ended early or moved to a different time only with the tutor’s consent. Both the tutor and Tuteer must be informed.

The enquiry form allows you to indicate a preferred tutor. During our consultation we will gladly provide you with more details or recommendations as well.

We are fully committed to helping every student achieve the best possible results. However, success also depends on the student’s consistent engagement, including regular study, completing assigned homework and reviewing the material covered during lessons. For this reason, while we provide dedicated support and guidance, we cannot guarantee a specific grade or outcome.

Matching is based on a consultation and needs analysis. We ask for information including the subject, education level, goals, support needs and preferred availability and pick the person best suited to provide holistic help.

The first session is generally arranged directly by Tuteer representative and the next meetings can be directly agreed upon with the tutor.

Unless advance payment applies, the invoice must be paid in full within seven days of delivery to the bank account shown on the invoice. The bank transfer title should include the invoice number.

After the form is submitted, Tuteer representative will contact you by email or phone within 24 hours to discuss potential cooperation.

The student or parent should notify the tutor directly by phone or email and also inform Tuteer by phone or email.

Invoices are sent electronically to the email address provided by the client, usually within a week since the end of the month when tutoring sessions took place.

No, unless this has been agreed. Tuteer’s terms prohibit recording, sharing or using lessons and tutor-provided materials in any way other than agreed.

The student may use the remaining scheduled time, but the lesson is not extended and the fee is not reduced because of lateness.

Include the subject, education level, preferred tutor if applicable, learning goal or area of support, and preferred availability. Tuteer also asks for contact details and any additional information that may help us provide you with the best assistance possible.

To achieve the best educational results, the student should prepare for lessons, complete assigned homework or tasks and participate actively during sessions.

A lesson may be cancelled no later than 7:00 p.m. on the day before the scheduled session.

The communicator used to facilitate the meeting is agreed upon between the tutor and the student/parent with the help of a representative of Tuteer.

Dates of subsequent lessons are arranged individually between the student and the tutor.
