INFORMATION CLAUSE OF THE TUTEER CRM SYSTEM

We invite you to read our Information Clause, which explains the rules and the manner of collecting, processing, and using data about the Users of the online service operating at www.crm.tuteer.com

In connection with the above, TUTEER CONSULTING sp. z o.o. undertakes to respect your privacy and will make every effort to properly secure all personal data processed by us, acting in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

Data processing:

The Administrator of personal data is TUTEER CONSULTING spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw (00-682), ul. Hoża 86/410, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001070500, NIP: 7011175971, REGON: 527014296, with a share capital of PLN 10,000.00.

Contact with the Administrator is possible: 

The Administrator processes Personal Data to the extent necessary to provide the individual educational services offered in the Service. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to perform the educational services by the Administrator.

  1. Purpose and Legal Basis of Personal Data Processing:

Personal Data is processed by the Administrator for the following purposes:

  1. Transfer of Data to Third Countries Outside the European Economic Area:

The transfer of data outside the EEA may only take place in accordance with the law: 

-based on a European Commission decision confirming an adequate level of protection in the third country to which the data is transferred;

-subject to appropriate safeguards, which include: binding corporate rules (art. 47 RODO), standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission or by a competent supervisory authority (Article 46(2)(c) or (d) GDPR);

– in cases necessary due to the legitimate interests of the Administrator, provided that the requirements of Article 49(1) GDPR are met.

  1. Data processing period: 
    The period of data processing by the Administrator depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing. As a rule, data is processed: for the duration of the service or order fulfillment, until consent is withdrawn, or until a valid objection to data processing is lodged in cases where the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

    The data processing period may be extended if processing is necessary to establish, pursue, or defend against claims, and after that only to the extent required by law. After the processing period, the data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
  2. Uprawnienia przysługujące Użytkownikowi:
    The User has the right to:
    access their data and request its rectification;
    obtain a copy of the data;
    request erasure of the data;
    request restriction of processing;
    request data portability;
    object to data processing;
    lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if they believe that data processing violates the law. A complaint may be submitted in writing: ul. Stawki 2, 00–193 Warsaw, or electronically via ePUAP.

    Where the User’s data is processed under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (processing based on consent), this consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  3. Data recipients:
    In connection with service provision, personal data may be transferred to the Administrator’s employees, collaborators, subcontractors cooperating with the Administrator, in particular to entities responsible for the operation of IT systems, as well as entities affiliated with the Administrator.

    The Administrator has the right to provide personal data to competent authorities or third parties who request such data, specifying the scope of the data to be disclosed and the legal basis of the request.
  4. Validity Period of the Privacy Policy and Amendments:

This Information Clause was adopted and is valid as of 18/09/2024.

The Administrator updates the Information Clause taking into account, among other things, changes resulting from amendments to Polish or international law, the development of internet technologies, or the development and introduction of new services offered by the Administrator.
