“PROMOTIONAL CODE ‘WELCOME’ “

§1

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These promotion regulations (hereinafter: the “Regulations”) set out the rules of organization and conditions for participation in the promotion “Promotional Code ‘WELCOME'”, which involves obtaining a second free hour of classes by providing the promotional code “WELCOME” when signing up for classes (hereinafter: the “Promotion”). By joining the Promotion, the Participant confirms that they have read the content of the Regulations, accept its terms, and agree to abide by them.
  2. The organizer of the Promotion is TUTEER spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered seat in Warsaw (00-682) at ul. Hoża 86/410, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000948958, with NIP number: 7011071467 and REGON number: 521069066, with share capital of 8,000.00 PLN (hereinafter: the “Organizer”).
  3. The Promotion will be conducted under the name: “Promotional Code ‘WELCOME'”.
  4. The Promotion is available only to new clients who have not previously used the services offered by the Organizer (hereinafter: the “Participant”).
  5. The Participant can take advantage of the Promotion only once.
  6. The Participant declares that they have read, accept, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the classes available on the website at: Terms and conditions.
  7. The Promotion is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Poland and is subject to Polish law.
  8. The Promotion is valid from August 30, 2024, to December 31, 2025.
  9. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

§2

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

  1. The Participant, when signing up for classes via email/form available on the website at: www.tuteer.com, or through a phone call with a representative of the Organizer, must provide the promotional code “WELCOME” and express the desire to take advantage of the Promotion.
  2. The condition for granting the second free hour of classes is the Participant’s attendance at the first class and payment for it based on an invoice excluding VAT.

§3

FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion will be considered within 14 days from the date of their submission. Complaints can be submitted to the Organizer in writing to the address specified in §1 section 2 of the Regulations or electronically to the email address: info@tuteer.com.
  2. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  3. Information about changes to the Regulations, as permitted by law, will be posted on the website at: info@tuteer.com. Changes to the Regulations cannot violate the rights acquired by the Participant before the date of the change of the Regulations, nor worsen the conditions of the ongoing Promotion.
  4. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, and special offers offered by the Organizer.
